Amazon Home and Amazon Flagship

Amazon was a massive client, and building their TOV on their social media pages was no easy task. While working with Amazon, I handled their on-screen copy, post copy, and UGC sourcing for their TikTok and Instagram pages. I also had to develop and separate two different tones of voice between Amazon Home and Amazon Flagship. @amazonhome is more centered towards the age range of 28 or above, who are renters or homeowners, and @amazon is more Gen-Z focused with a younger personality behind the copy. After the initial summer, we raised over 1 million followers per account and reached record-breaking engagement rates.
